This beautiful vacation home in the heart of the Cevennes Regional Park is located in a villa with private pool, large fenced garden and exceptional panoramic views over the Cèze Valley and the Gard hills.
The large rooms in light colors, the open kitchen with a counter for aperitifs and the fireplace, have a modern design. The garden hosts a pretty pool surrounded by terraces and equipped with a shaded summer kitchen. You are only 20 km from Alès with its beautiful flowers and monuments.
St. Ambroix is a picturesque and lively little town crossed by the river and dominated by the magnificent Dugas Chapel. It is situated on a rocky plateau that rises to over forty meters above sea level.
This fabulous region is crossed by refreshing streams and offers many hiking trails and wooded routes. A few minutes away, splendid villages of character await you, such as Naves, Voguë, Barjac or Bannes. Don't miss Montclus, a historic village on a hill overlooking the banks of the Cèze, surrounded by vineyards, chestnut trees and lavender, which is considered one of the "most beautiful villages in France".
The many outdoor activities will appeal to the whole family: Caves (Caverne du Pont d'Arc, the largest cave replica in the world), castles and the possibility to practice gold panning (search for gold in the river). You can also discover the fossil forest of Grand Combe, the children's village in Montagnac and the incredible bamboo forest Bambouseraie in Anduze.
