Modern holiday home "Vino Blanco" with shared pool in Arenales del Sol
Welcome to the modern holiday flat "VINO BLANCO" and the holiday resort Arenales del Sol, only 10 km south of Alicante. It is an ideal place for those who want to sunbathe on the wide sandy beach and where you can enjoy swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. The 3-bedroom-flat is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the pool and recreation area. Guests have at their disposal: several swimming pools - one for adults and an air-conditioned jacuzzi, a smaller pool for children and a playground with slides and swings, all in the complex, so that you too can enjoy it and your children will be safe. The flat is designed for up to 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and a spacious living room with sofa bed, as well as a large terrace with rattan furniture, where you can enjoy a delicious coffee in the morning and plan another impressive day on the Costa Blanca at sunset. Other advantages of the flat are the free Wifi, a 4K TV, air conditioning and good kitchen equipment. The flat has a parking space in the underground car park. After a few minutes walking (less than 500 metres) you will reach one of the most beautiful beaches on the whole Costa Blanca, the up to 7 kilometres long Arenales del Sol beach, which is located between the enchanting beaches El Altet and El Carabassí. The access to the water is gentle and shallow, making it convenient for families with children. The beach infrastructure is suitable for even the most demanding water sports enthusiasts. Nearby is the Natural del Clot de Galvany, a protected area with different ecosystems (salt lakes, mountains, hills, old cultivated terraces, ponds, dunes and beaches). About 5 minutes by car you will find the Gran Alacant shopping centre with many shops, bars and restaurants. The location is a very important advantage of this place. There are many flights to Alicante and the flat is only 7 kilometres from the airport, from where you can easily reach Arenales del Sol by car or taxi in a few minutes. You can reach Santa Pola (10 km), the centre of Alicante (13 km) or Torrevieja (43 km) via the national road N332.
