This house is situated on high ground and offers a beautiful sea view from the winter garden, only 100 m from the beach.

The house has a large conservatory along the entire long side and a large open porch on the gable. Here you will find 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room and kitchen. Here you can swim from the cliffs as well as from the nearby beach.

Oskarshamns Archipelago offers fantastic fishing opportunities both inland and on the lake. After about 3 km you will reach the picturesque Påskallavik, where you will also find a store and a restaurant. Oskarshamn is about 13 km away, where you will find a wide range of stores, restaurants, activities and other services.

The location of the house is ideal as you are within reasonable distance for day trips to the world of Astrid Lindgren, Vimmerby Adventure Park with a high altitude course and 1.5 km cable car, and historic Kalmar with its well-preserved Renaissance castle and old town. Take the bridge to Öland and experience a unique and fabulous nature stretching from north to south. Also take the opportunity to visit Smålands Glasriket with its many art glass cabins and larger glassworks. The forests around the house offer a wonderful environment for hiking and picking mushrooms and berries in season.
