The "Residencial Parquemar I" complex, with beautiful shared swimming pools, is only 500 metres from the sea, with the path to the beach leading through the beautiful Molino del Agua Park. This beautiful 48 m2 holiday apartment in the Parquemar residential complex is therefore within walking distance of the very popular La Mata beach in a quiet street, not far from the nature reserve "Parque Natural de La Mata", one of the two famous salt lakes around Torrevieja. Also within walking distance you will find the most important services and shops. Right next to the complex there are two restaurants serving Thai and Italian cuisine, but on the beach promenade there are countless bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The apartment is on the upper floor, but is accessible via an independent entrance through a mini garden (10 m2). The Spanish style holiday home is newly renovated and fully equipped. Air conditioning, 40-inch TV with Spanish channels and Polish satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hob and microwave. The flat consists of a semi-open kitchen, a living room with dining area, bedroom, bathroom with shower and a 9 m2 terrace. The apartment has a capacity for 2-4 persons. In the bedroom there is a double bed 140 x 180 cm and in the living room there is a 180 x 182 cm easy to folding sofa. There are also spacious wardrobes. There are two shared swimming pools and a beautifully maintained garden. Easy access by car from Alicante airport (39km), but there are bus stops with bus connections to Torrevieja nearby.
