Apartment in Umag with Private Parking

The 50 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a terraced house (the first of the building), in the residential area, renovated in 2020. It is located in a quiet area, close to the supermarket and a children's playground. The house still offers an apartment for up to 4 people which is rented, while in the basement there is the Trevitours tourist agency. The nearest beach at 800 m, near the tourist center of Stella Maris where the renowned Umag Croatia Open tennis tournament has been held for years, the restaurant at 250 m, the supermarket at 150 m, while the city center at 1 km. It is located in a quiet, sunny area where you will have the opportunity to spend a holiday in complete relaxation and comfort. The accommodation is suitable for families with children or couples of friends.The modernly furnished apartment has two double bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed 160x200, and the second with double bed 140x200, bed linen provided (changed weekly), bathroom with shower and bidet, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, bath towels two per person provided (weekly change), the living area with kitchenette equipped with three gas burners and one electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer area, coffee machine, kettle, mocca, the dining area with table and four chairs, sofa bed, air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection, flat-screen satellite TV, iron and ironing board. From the bedroom, it opens onto the covered balcony equipped with a table and 4 chairs, overlooking the park and the street. Private parking is available in front of the house (number 1). There are a garden and a barbecue for shared use.Near the apartment the Ultra supermarket (150m) with the adjoining bar, free outdoor gym equipment, playground for children and teenagers, the pharmacy at 300 m, the Da Lorenzo restaurant with a wide choice of menus particular fish, meat and sweets just 900 m, the Pizzeria and Luna restaurant at 250 m, the city center at 900 m. 800 m from the station of the tourist train that takes you from the tourist village of Katoro along the coast to the center of Umag and vice versa.In the center of Umag you have the opportunity to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, art galleries, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag Diga.     “Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, nur im September leider nicht mehr viel geboten. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Temperaturen um die 21 Grad waren ok. Auch schön, daß unsere Gastgeber deutsch sprachen. So konnten wir uns gut unterhalten Positiv: Überdachter Balkon, Nähe zum Meer, super liebe und herzliche Leute ?”

    “ansonsten alles ok Positiv: Saubere schöne Wohnung,alles vorhanden was man braucht ,alles fußläufig zu erreichen,freundliche Vermieter Negativ: Der Balkon war am Tag nicht zu nutzen da die Sonne drauf scheint,der Vorhang ist wie ein Segel so bald ein Lüftchen geht man müßte ihn unten irgendwie befestigen, Restaurant: Weiß ich nicht mehr - in einer der reizenden Gassen direkt am Meer Ausflüge: Umag selbst, Rovinij,Porec - herrliche kleine ,zum Teil, Fischerdörfer”
