Enjoy nature, culture and cuisine in the sunny south of Germany. In the middle of the border triangle Germany-France-Switzerland, in the Rhine valley between the Black Forest and the Vosgestains, the state-approved health resort of Müllheim is located. Its name comes from the Old High German "Mulinheimo" because of the original large number of water mills. Today Müllheim is the wine capital of the "Markgräflerland" region. Our very comfortably furnished 5-star, holiday apartment "Secret Garden" is located at the edge of the Black Forest on the garden floor of a detached two-family house. The 500 square meter garden, the covered terrace as well as all three main rooms are south-facing. In a quiet location, but close to the centre, you can reach the weekly market, the shops for daily needs and restaurants, the outdoor swimming pool (with beach volleyball and trampoline) or the forest or the vineyards in only a few minutes on foot. On numerous diverse hiking and cycling paths you can experience the picturesque landscape of the Markgräflerland, the heights of the Black Forest and the Vosgues. By bus or train (free with your guest card) or by car you can reach the Roman thermal baths in the spa town of Badenweiler within 10 minutes and within 30-60 minutes Freiburg, Basel or Europap. The Routes de Cretes and the medieval old town of Colmar in the Elsas as well as the Alps and the lakes of Switzerland are always worth a day trip. Here you can encounter 3 worlds in one holiday.
