The holiday apartment is located directly on the sea front in the charming fishing village of El Cotillo and offers a pool and a roof terrace from where you can enjoy a wonderful sea view and admire beautiful sunsets. The location of the 2-bedroom apartment is perfect as it is only a minute walk to the small pier beach and 2 minutes to the small shops, bars and restaurants with fresh fish and seafood. The sandy beach of los Lagos is 600 metres away. The coast near El Cotillo is famous for surfing and water sports and there are also many unspoilt beaches. The holiday home has a living room with dining area and kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances to make your stay as carefree as possible. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. They also have a small patio with table and two chairs, smart TV and satellite channels. The windows are equipped with a mirror glass film to be able to see without being seen. The flat has a private garage and a lift in the building. Besides the communal swimming pool on the roof terrace, there is also a sun terrace where you can sunbathe without cover.
