Is a part of three level building. With fully privacy and a large terrace overlooks the sea and the village of Kalyves. It has a private entrance and its own parking space. Such magnificently situated properties are hard to find. The interiors are a stylish blend of clean lines, modern artworks and comfortable furnishings, creating a seductive atmosphere of laid-back sophistication, with all rooms benefiting from uninterrupted nature views. The living accommodation is on one level, with three comfortable bedrooms, and a large bathroom. A striking and contemporary kitchen makes cooking here a real pleasure. The large terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the coast, an Aloe Vera Garden and the village of Kalyves. The hill around is colorful and softly scented; with thyme, sage and aloe, set against a backdrop of an araucaria to give an exotic Mediterranean feel. The terrace is a glorious spot for leisurely lunches or candlelit dinners. The house offers a BBQ area, a large heated whirlpool area with sunbeds, umbrella and an outdoor shower. Villa Di Creta is excellently situated just a five-minute drive from the beach, restaurants bars café and shops. The enchanting city of Chania is a 20-minute drive away, while the splendid coastal town of Rethymnon is also within easy reach.
