The villa is just 30 metres from the Adriatic Coast in a tranquil setting midway between two typical Pugliese holiday villages.

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa on one floor. There is a third bathroom outside close to the swimming pool. Air-conditioning in all three bedrooms and in the kitchen/dining room. There are ceiling fans throughout the villa. Free Wifi. Bed linen and towels provided.

Lawns and garden to the front of the villa, 12m x 6m solar heated swimming pool (exclusive use) surrounded by paved area, Flower beds run alongside the swimming pool. Solar lighting, pool lights. Sunloungers with padded cushions, seating area with tables and chairs, with padded cushions. Gazebo area behind the pool with swinging chair. Bar area close to the pool with sink and pool safe glasses.

The outside bathroom is close to the pool and has a shower, basin and toilet. The washing machine is in the outside bathroom.

The outside of the property is divided in two by the communal patio, shared with the owners who live in the apartment beneath the villa. The communal patio, with mature shrubs growing either side and across the top, has a large marble table and provides a shady spot for alfresco dining. The pool and lawn side are for the exclusive use of guests. The owners have their own private, gardens on the opposite side to the pool.

Located close to the Adriatic coast, please beaware that the the final approach to the villa is via a road that has not been surfaced (hard-packed sand and earth for 30 metres), 30 metres from the house there is a narrow beach, sometimes sandy and sometimes a mix of sand and pebbles, with easy access to the sea. There are sandy beaches and beach lidos within easy walking distance from the villa.

Children (and adults) who visit love the Casa Mare cats .... but visiting pets cannot be accommodated.

There are two typical Pugliese holiday villages within easy walking distance from the villa. One to the south and one to the north. Both can be reached by walking along the coastal path, as an alternative to driving. There are shops, markets, cafes, restaurants and beach lidos. The larger towns of Torchiarolo and Squinzano are within 7km and 10km driving distance.

The villa is ideally located to explore the entire Salento peninsula as well as other parts of Puglia to the north and west.
