✔ At the beach you can do surf, kite-surf and other sports like sailing.
✔ You can ride a pedal boats and rent beach chair and beach umbrella.
✔ You can do horse riding not far from town.
✔ From the turistic port you can take the small cruises that will bring you to beutiful beaches, most of them cannot be reached by foot or car
✔ Library, 2 markets, pizzeria near the apartment.
✔ Prices variable depending on the number of guests and period you are interested in and number weeks you want to rent etc.
✔ ideal for families (depending on availability with have another apartment in the same villa)
SURROUNDINGS:
✔ Parking on the front (not private) on the road and on the back of the villa (privat) (open not covered).
✔ La Caletta is 5 minutes by car from Posada, Santa Lucia and Siniscola, 30 minutes from Orosei, Olbia e 20 minuesi from San Teodoro
✔ La Caletta is easy to reach from the port and airport thanks to the SS 131 in 25 minutes from Olbia
✔ Area classified as the best "5 and 4 sails" of the coast of baronies, source Blue Guide of Legambiente.
My parents that will be the people available during the stayand they only speak Italian, by phone (the daughter) I will be available to speak in English or Spanish (as I live abroad)
HOUSE RULES:
NO PETS are allowed and it is better not to smoke in the house but not prohibited (would be more appreciated to smoke in the veranda).
NO sheets and towels provided, only on request 10€ per person per stay.
This is a tavern (basement apartment) with large windows that lets light come in.
Parking is not a closed space, there is space in front of the house(beside the road, not private) and other space on the back of the house which is private (but open).
