Villa Orlene
One thing that is unique is that you can use 4 Air Conditioning units (1 on the ground floor + each bedroom on the 1st floor has its own Air Conditioning unit).
That said, you have 4 bedrooms available, of which 3 are equipped with double beds, and the fourth one has 2 single beds. Couch (non extendable) is available in the living room, so it is recommended for kids, but grown-ups also "successfully" slept on it.
The house also offers 2 bathrooms, both with wide walk-in showers (one bathroom has a washing machine), a living room, balcony, terrace and a large 600 m2 yard with 2 parking spaces at your diposal.
The living room has a comfortable corner set with an LCD TV so you can watch satellite channels in many world languages, plus if you like gaming, there's a Play Station 3 console to bring fun to your evenings with a couple of social games like SingStar.
Fully equipped kitchen offers all necessary facilities: - dishwasher - oven - fridge and a freezer - 2 coffee makers (filter + dolce gusto) - microwave - toaster - water kettle.
The 32 m2 swimming pool is the center of daily summertime refreshments, and 6 new sun loungers and 2 sunshades will provide relaxation from swimming and pool activities.
The outdoor grill is ready for preparing meat specialties, while your group is eagerly awaiting food on the outdoor terrace table. After all, enjoying meals outside is one of the beauties of summer.
