Our quiet apartment building is ideally located for active holidaymakers. The road to the glacier skiing area and Timmelsjoch pass, is close-by. It's about a 10-minute walk to the village center. The bus stop and restaurant are 200 m away, and the supermarket is approximately 400 m from the house. The Gaislachkogelbahn and sports shops are about 800 m away (2-3 minutes by car). The 100m² wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, relaxation room, and solarium invites you to relax. In the summer, you benefit from the included Summer Card and special advantages for your biking holiday, such as a lockable storage room, bike wash for the bicycles, and more.

Studio with own entrance from the car park. This studio has a small kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, 2 plate cooker, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Double bed, bathroom with shower/WC, anteroom with wardrobe and balcony with view to the Sölden mountains. This studio is barrier-free. The apartment building with the wellness area does not have a lift and is therefore not barrier-free.
