The Bergheim apartment has been run with warmth and dedication for many years. Our little guests can build, play and romp for hours on swings, slides and in the sand. And that in an absolutely quiet, sunny location, surrounded by the Ötztal mountains and only about 5 minutes' walk from the center. The surrounding ski areas can be reached by car in about 30 minutes or by public ski bus.

Lovely Appartement Bergheim has been a family-run guesthouse over many years, renowned for its genuine hospitality and homey atmosphere. Join Astrid on a tour of the herb garden and get spoiled with fresh homemade products (jam, bread, meat...). A very special highlight is the well-being garden with splendid arbor for relaxing evenings among friends. The kids have fun while romping around, sliding, swinging or playing in the sand pit. dreamlike holidays in a quiet and sunny setting, encircled by the majestic Ötztal mountains at only 5 walking minutes from the center.

Homey Apartment (approx. 75 m²): 2 double rooms - one room with pull-out couch for one extra person, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC and hairdryer. Ample kitchen-cum-living room (dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop, oven, egg boiler, toaster, electric kettle) with dining corner, flat-screen TV, Internet access and south-west facing balcony.
