The self-conditioner apartment is in an older, renovated house on the town limit in a sunny site and accommodates ten people, would be ideal for groups or familys. The landlords are present just for handover. On the ground floor is one of the two completely appointed kitchens with an electric cooker, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee mashine, an electric kettle, dishes, cutlery and so on, furthermore there is a cozy living room and one toilet. On the first floor is one of the four bedrooms with king-size beds, the second completely appointed kitchen with a balcony, a common room, a bathroom, an one toilet. On the attic floor are the remaining bedrooms with king-size beds. Adequate parking space and open area as well as an own garden with lawn for sunbathing is avaliable. There are just about 300m until the finish place of the Hannes-Trinkl-Weltcup ski-run. It is about one kilometer until the valley station of the Hinterstoder mountain railway and to the town center and just 50m to the Skibus-station.

After the owners are present only occasionally in the house, a group or family is completely undisturbed.
