Our house is in a sunny quiet location directly at the slope (100 m) and cross-country ski run (30m). Our chalet has 2 balconies, a terrace, 70 m² living room with TV, 2 bedrooms one of which with TV, 2 WC, washing machine and free garage. In the summer we have wonderful hiking and cycling trails, golf courses, right at the bike park. The Löwen Alpin Card is free of charge.

Enjoy your holiday in our secluded chalet with 2 balconies of a beautiful terrace with views of the Leogang mountains, the Stone Sea and up to the Hochkönig.
