The 3-room apartment, which offer room for 4 person, are located in Rohrmoos on the first floor of a 2014 built apartment house, with view over the scenic skiing town of Schladming and the nearby Dachstein. The living space of 80m² is divided into a spacious eat-in kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The spacious balcony extend over the entire width of the apartment and offer fine outdoor-furniture in Summertime. An enjoyable start into the day provides the roll service, that delivers to you delicious fresh bread and rolls in the morning, without leaving the apartment, should you so desire.

In Winter you can enjoy the comfort of the just a few meters away direct access to the slopes via ski-in ski-out, in Summer the location in the middle of the picturesque Austrian alpine country with numerous hiking, mountain biking and many other leisure activities available to you. A bus stop is located in 50 meters walking distance from the apartment-house, from there you can reach Schladming, which like any skiing town offers numerous restaurants and shops, as well as the centre of Rohrmoos in about 5 minutes.
