Our cosy Tina guesthouse is located in the sunny hamlet of Neder, district of Neustift, in the Stubaital and offers modern rooms and a spacious apartment. Enjoy wonderful views of the Stubai Alps and the green forests and meadows here with us. Our quiet and central location provides ideal conditions for an active and relaxing holiday. The free ski bus to Stubai Glacier or to the Schlick 2000 resort stops just a 2-minute walk away. Easy and sunny winter hiking as well as the idyllic cross-country skiing trails lead right past our cosy Tina guesthouse. You can reach the valley station of the Elferlifte, as well as the centre of Neustift on foot and the next supermarket is only 15 minutes away. The landscaped Kampl Lake with playground and restaurant can be reached on a dirt road within 5 minutes. At our Tina guesthouse you are accommodated in bright and sunny rooms and/or in an apartment offering enough room for 2 to 4 people. All our facilities come with free Wi-Fi. We are a non smoking house. Our spacious apartment is lovingly furnished with beautiful wood details and creates a cosy atmosphere. It offers a modern and fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 double rooms with balcony and 2 modern bathrooms with shower or tub and a separate toilet. From your balcony you can enjoy panoramic views of the impressive Stubai Mountains. Our bright rooms feature a newly renovated wellness bathroom with shower. On the spacious terrace or balcony you can spend wonderful hours with your family or friends. Our large and green garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. In our conservatory you can start your day with a rich gourmet breakfast with homemade jam, bread and local produce and enjoy the views of the Stubai Mountains. A variety of egg dishes is available on request. Your winter gear can be stored in our ski room with boot dryer or in the drying room. The winter paradise Stubaital awaits you with numerous and well-groomed slopes on the Stubai Glacier and in the Schlick 2000 resort. Summer also offers numerous recreation and sports activities. Right from your doorstep you can enjoy great biking and walking paths and the many hiking and mountain tours offer you quaint rest stops in the numerous mountain huts. The multi-faceted Stubaital offers activities such as climbing, paragliding and challenging mountain bike tours to active holiday-makers.
