So also the seasons, the life cycles and the project stages. We invite you to enjoy this sensual place and draw strength from it. You are welcome to harvest and enjoy various tea plants in the herb garden.Farm experience for adults and childrenAs a paradisiacal vacation spot or as a refueling station in between, at Seeleitenhof the longings of big and small city people are on the timetable: Petting animals, good air, fresh herbs from the herb garden, sledding, campfires, running around in the hay and saying goodnight to fox and rabbit. The bedrooms are equipped with high quality double beds and can be darkened in the light season with electric external blinds, they are separated from the living room with 4 heavy oak sliding doors.The open plan living-dining room is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, solid wood furniture and a high quality loden divan.When you let the doors disappear into the wall, it results in a spacious living feel. In the bathroom, the morning greets you through the large window and is equipped with rain shower, glass partition and toilet.Lovers of cozy sloping ceilings can snuggle into the exclusive feel-good bed, admire the sweeping view of the Alpine chain through the panoramic window and watch the stars, sit on the sheltered east-facing balcony, enjoy the view of Benediktbeuern Monastery and the sunrise between the mountain peaks.For a fee, a washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room, ironing board and iron are available.We are happy to put a crib in the apartment if needed.

Cancellation Policy:In case of cancellation the following agreement applies:If a substitute tenant is found under the same conditions, we keep the deposit of 100.- Euro.If no substitute tenant is found under the same conditions, 90% of the agreed price will be charged per night. The same applies in case of early departure.
