The Nordsee Estate is the entire old pastorate of Tetenbüll: ideal for weddings, family reunions with several generations or a weekend with friends. It combines the flats NordseeLoft and NordseeLodge - all historic rooms and the park-like garden can be used exclusively.

The NordseeLodge is the largest of the 3 hideaways in the former parsonage in Tetenbüll, which was lovingly and extensively renovated in 2018 - a private house inside a house, built around 1780 and surrounded by a park-like garden with several ponds, it overlooks St. Anne's Church from the 14th century.
With a creative blend of trendy designer furniture (from brands such as Vitra and Mathieu Challières), precious antiques and carefully restored items found in the old holiday home, the NordseeLodge has been transformed into a charming home suitable for short and longer stays: The two-storey apartment offers space for up to 10 people and has bathrooms and bedrooms on both floors, a historic, central foyer tiled with the famous 'Öland' tiles and underfloor heating, handmade Moroccan cement tiles in 2 bathrooms, a private sauna for 4 people and a large family kitchen - with underfloor heating everywhere. The historic wooden floors also exude warmth and cosiness, which makes the NordseeLodge a perfect holiday accommodation for large families or groups of friends travelling together.
