The house, which dates back to 1700, has been elaborately restored with great attention to detail and converted into a romantic but exclusive holiday home. The "DaVinci" holiday home is located in the heart of the old town of Zell, approx. 100m from the Moselle promenade and the boat landing stages and surrounded by a beautiful river and wine landscape. The "Zeller Schwarze Katz" fountain is 250m away. For hiking enthusiasts, the entrance to the excellent hiking trail network is in the immediate vicinity.
In the entrance area, 1st floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and open access to a cosy living room equipped with satellite TV / radio.
On the 2nd floor there are two double bedrooms and the bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a permanently installed radio.
The 3rd floor has a large attic living room with satellite TV video and direct access to the quiet sun terrace, with views of vineyards, the round tower and the Collis lookout tower. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.
