In our house is located in the basement of a 58sqm apartment. The apartment consists of a living room, a living room, a double bedroom, a shower room with WC as well as a storage room with separate toilet. Large flat screen TV with satellite system is available. The apartment has its own entrance. From the living room and the double bedroom (both with large wing doors) you enter directly into the garden area to a large outdoor area with protected seating area, natural stone flower bed with well system. Following this is a park-like Liegewiese with Grillecke and a flower garden. The panorama view into the vineyard and forest terrain opposite the Mosel and a view of the starting point for paragliders completes the whole. The entire garden area has a size of approx. 1.400 sqm. The entire property is located in a quiet, attractive location on the outskirts of the village of Rachtig, directly on the cycling and hiking trail. Parking is available; Dishes, bed linen and towels are provided.
