In addition to the entrance hall, the ground floor flat has a bedroom, a dining kitchen with separate locker, a spacious bathroom suitable for disabled persons and a living room with access to the terrace. In the bedroom there is a double bed. In the living room, which is equipped with a flat screen TV, stereo system and internet access ( Telekom Hotspot ), 2 people can sleep on a sofa bed. So there is room for max. 4 people in the flat.
Up to 4 people can also spend their holidays in the attic flat, which is accessible via a separate staircase.
The flat is located on the ground floor, has a ground-level entrance to the house and has a terrace with seating and sun protection on the south side of the house. This creates a bright and friendly atmosphere in the rooms and invites you to eat, drink and linger. The terrace leads into a small garden, which may be shared.
