Spacious apartment in the countryside. Our bright and friendly apartment (built in 2009) is located on the top floor, has modern furniture and offers 130 m² also families a lot of space to unfold. Due to the rural, but central location in Woltem (10 km to Soltau), you are in 20 minutes by car in all well-known excursion destinations of the region and can end the evening in peace. The large south-facing balcony or the covered loggia invite you to sit in the fresh air. Central place of the apartment is the large living room. Here you will find the dining table and TV corner. The open kitchen is fully equipped. There is washing machine and dryer in the attached HWR. The large full bath has 2 washbasins, a rainshower shower, corner bath and WC. The small bathroom has a sink and a toilet. Living room: 1 double bed (180/200) 1.Children's bedroom: 1 bunk bed + 1 bed (90/200 each) 2. Children's room: 1 bed (140/200)
