Our beautifully built holiday apartments are located in a quiet residential area in Hermannsburg, directly on the edge of the forest, near the idyllic river Oertze. From here you can start on the endless cycle and hiking paths and enjoy the wonderful landscape in many ways. You can reach the surrounding heath areas comfortably by car or also on foot.

You can reach the town centre with its pretty boutiques and shops in walking distsance. Bakeries, suppliers of regional products as well as various shopping possibilities are quickly reached by bicycle or car.

In order to give you the best possible overview of leisure activities, sights, culinary delights and events, a deatiled information folder is available in your holiday apartment.

Our holiday apartment on the upper floor was built in 2018 in a modern and elaborate way and furnished with a lot of love to the detail by us.

Here the combination of natural wood, high-quality equipment and technical comfort form a balanced and harmonious unit.

During the construction phase, we used Effective Microorganisms (EM) to neutralise harmful substances in the building materials in order to create a pleasant and healthy indoor climate. The vitality and health of people, animals and the environment deserve the highest respect and esteem and therefore is given our highest priority! The generously proportioned, bright bathroom has a spacious all-glass shower cubicle and sufficient storage space.

An existing laundry rack for wet clothes can be set up here. The kitchen is completely and modernly furnished and invites you to cook and relax. One bedroom faces east so that you can enjoy the sun in the summer early in the morning when you wake up. It has a large double bed and ample storage and hanging space for your laundry.

From this room you reach your own roof terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. What could be nicer than starting a day's holiday with a delicious breakfast in the sunshine or enjoying the end of the day in the evening with a glass of wine? The second bedroom has two beds. A spacious closet offers ample space for your laundry. In the living room there is a large leather sofa with reading lamp, a radio and internet television. Various card and board games are available and are waiting for cheerful game rounds. Small lights, indirect lighting and cuddly blankets round off the cosy ambience. The hallway offers enough space for your shoes and jackets.

Motion detectors in the hallway and staircase allow you to enter your holiday home without annoying searching and activating the light switches.
