Welcome to our new 4-room apartment "Wipperau" in Molzen I! The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and also has WLAN.
The surrounding area invites you to relax. The Woltersburger Mühle or the thermal bath in Bad Bevensen are quickly reached. There is also much to discover in Uelzen, such as the Nachwächter leadership or the Hundertwasser train station. Or a canoe trip on the Ilmenau. A cycle path leads directly to Uelzen.

Our flat is modern and cosy. The layout is as follows:

1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), wardrobe, chairs, couch and TV.

1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200), wardrobe, couch and TV.

1 bedroom with a single bed, wardrobe, armchair and TV.

Fully equipped and modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer combination, also with basic necessities such as coffee, tea, sugar etc.

Living area with large dining table and 5 chairs.

New modern shower room with washing machine, rain shower, WC and hairdryer.

Small garden with covered terrace, lockable storage room for bicycles, barbecue etc. is available.

If required, a baby cot and high chair can be provided.

A shopping service prior to arrival is available on request.
