Our lovely house is located on the slope above the Alpsee, in a secluded location, yet only five minutes away from Immenstadt by car. Four comfortable holiday apartments accommodating 2 - 7 persons await you. Including up to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, they are also wonderfully suited to the large family. Enjoy the panoramic views over the Great Alpsee from any of the apartments. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the private bathing area (where dogs are allowed) and to go fishing. It is a good hour’s hike to the Alpsee mountain landscape, where Germany’s longest summer toboggan run is to be found. You can hike directly from the house, which is located in the Nagelfluh Nature Reserve. This is a great experience as a skiing tour or a snowshoe tour. The large panoramic patio and the outdoor seating area near the apple tree will make you feel as if you have booked premier seats whenever there is a boat race.

The newly built apartment has been built in accordance with ecological aspects, and has oiled parquet flooring and lime plaster. Located on the ground floor, there is even a view of the lake from the sofa. The new panoramic patio offers an indescribably beautiful view over the Great Alpsee. One bedroom with double bed and an extra option to sleep in the hall. Baby changing table in the bathroom. Flat screen HD satellite TV, free WiFi, 4-star comfort. The beds are made, hand towels and bath towels, as well as tea towels, are available, and can be changed as required. Direct access to the sunbathing lawn and the covered parking space.
