The train station, the city center with the castle, shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars are located within one kilometer. At only 350 m you will find a bakery. With its modern equipment, the apartment is the ideal base for various leisure activities.
Living/dining room with daybed and fireplace, bedroom, kitchen (induction stove with oven, dishwasher) and modern bathroom including WC and bathtub. Chill out in the evening on the covered western balcony or in front of the fireplace. For your own bicycles or winter sports gear, a cellar is available.
Arrival Follow the signs to "Mittagbahn". The Mittagbahn is signposted from the B19 and within Immenstadt. Parking in the Flurstrasse (one-way) or in the public parking garage no. 4 near the train station.

The apartment can be obtained on the day of arrival by appointment.
We provide your personal Allgäu Walser Card to you without a deposit.


Departure:
The apartment should be vacated by 10.00 clock.
Please return keys and guest cards.
Please leave the apartment in the condition you would have liked for yourself.
The final cleaning after your departure is a flat rate charged with the booking. Please note that the flat rate is calculated on the basis of a normal cleaning effort. Additional expenses may be charged.
