Our house is located in a nice side street at the entrance to Montabaur-Horressen. There are many recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity such as walking/hiking, fitness trail and a swimming pool. The forest, fields and meadows with a nice view on the castle of Montabaur are only approx. 200 m far away. The city center of Montabaur, the fashion outlet mall and the hospital are also within easy reach.
The newly renovated apartment is located in a beautiful, prestigious house with a park-like, spacious plot (1500sqm), several seating areas, barbecue, and pond with stream. A wooden summer house is also available.
It is 3 km to the motorway or ICE train station.
