The apartment is located on the first floor of the Chesa Formel. The building is located on the edge of the forest right at the entrance to Val Roseg. In the colder months it is not uncommon to spot some wild animals in the nearby woods.
The Chesa Formel is part of the STALLA ENGIADINA and can offer you trips in horse-drawn carriages.
The apartment is ideal for families, groups of friends, sports groups.
Strategic position for cross-country ski lovers, the ski-track passes in front of the house, it is also ideal for ski mountaineers or alpine ski lovers. In the warmer months you can leave directly from the Chesa Formel for different excursions on foot or by mountain bike. In the Stalla Engiadina you can wash your bike after your adventures.
Families with children can enjoy a large outdoor area to play sand in the warmer months or build an igloo with snow in winter.
A little away from the central street of Pontresina, reachable on foot in 15 minutes, at the Chesa Formel peace and silence dominate, but a happy dinner with friends does not disturb any neighbors.
