The standig individually villa, built in 2019 is modern, luxury and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. From the terrace you can reach the living and dining area as well as a bedroom on the ground floor of the villa.

Location
Višnjan. The villa is located on a 800 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The dining area connects the living room with the modern, fully equipped kitchen.On the first floor you will find 2 further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace.The villa offers sufficient retreat options for all guests. You will feel at home here! The villa is located on the west coast of Istria, in the municipality of Tar-Vabriga, approximately halfway between the towns of Poreč and Novigrad. The location in a charming place in a characteristic Istrian style is ideal for everyone who is looking for peace and relaxation and would like to avoid the crowds of tourists. But those who are looking for variety and adventure will also get their money's worth here. All around there are countless recreational opportunities on land and water such as cycling, hiking, tennis, golfing, horseback riding, diving, windsurfing, water skiing and sailing. For those interested in culture there are about 10 minutes drive away in Poreč and Novigrad, a number of museums, galleries and sights as well as numerous events and concerts. In addition, the region impresses with its culinary wealth of local cuisine. In the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance there are already some excellent restaurants to discover The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the street in front of the house.
