Villa Ingrid covers the garden of the area 143 m2 with a beautiful covered terrace and outside dining table for enjoying diners using an outdoor grill.Modern staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air conditioning and flat SAT-TV. Two bedrooms share a balcony with a partial seaview while one bedroom has a balcony with a beautiful seaview.Villa Ingrid is fully air conditioned and equipped with flat SAT-TVs, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, safe, oven, stove, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, hair dryer in each bedroom, washing machine and board games for children. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The property offers 3 gated parking places, free of charge. Up to 2 pets are allowed in the villa, free of charge. Guests are provided with a welcome pack upon their arrival.

One of the highlights of this magnificent villa is the outdoor area with heated outdoor pool (21 m2, 1.70 m depth) which uses electrolysis as a healthier alternative to standard pool cleaning system. Kaštela is a town in Split-Dalmatia County, located northwest from the UNESCO protected palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian in Split, west of the city of Solin and east from the UNESCO protected town of Trogir, on the central Dalmatian coast. Kaštela consists of seven individual settlements which are administered as a single municipality - Kaštel Štafilić, Kaštel Novi, Kaštel Stari, Kaštel Lukšić, Kaštel Kambelovac, Kaštel Gomilica i Kaštel Sućurac.
