Our detached house with 800m2 garden is located on the edge of the village with the best view of the Allgäu mountains, directly opposite the Snow White Mountain, a hill for sledding for children in the middle of the Allgäu nature. The house has 3 bedrooms and two SmartTV as well as Wi-Fi with 100 M/bit and in the living area a fireplace warms after winter sports. There are 3 parking spaces and a garage directly at the house. Sun loungers, barbecue and a covered sun terrace sweeten the day.

Our country house has just been fully renovated in spring 2021. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds 180 x 200 cm each with balcony access facing south and mountain views. Another bedroom has 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm.

On the 1st floor there is a bathroom with toilet and bathtub. On the ground floor there is a toilet with shower and a cloakroom with a large separate fridge-freezer. Also on the ground floor the large living area with terrace access to the south into the very large grassland garden with over 800m2.

A fully equipped kitchen is also included. The outdoor area is completely south and west with stunning mountain views. There is both a covered and protected bay window as well as a large sun awning and the "Snow White Bed" in the middle of the garden to relax.

In front of the house there are 3 parking spaces and a garage space available. In the living area there is a soapstone stove available for cold days. Firewood for the first days is included and more can also be purchased in compact units on request.
