Terra Magica Deluxe Apartment Rijeka Čavle is located in the most beautiful part of Grobnik, in small village Hrastenica, with a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay and the Opatija Riviera, near the city of Rijeka and Cavle, a place located between the sea and the mountains. Close to the Grobnik racetrack! Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking space, and the possibility to enter the apartment on your own. The apartment is located in a family villa and is surrounded by a landscaped garden and fruit trees. In front of the apartment there is a terrace and a section with deck chairs for relaxation. Great location for a vacation in the silence of nature, and yet close to the city. Perfect for Digital Nomads and guests who want safety and isolation, and yet to be close to all sorts of attractions in our area (racetrack, sights, beaches, bars, restaurants, ski resorts, national parks, islands ...)

Our apartment is 60 m2 located on the ground floor with a terrace of 12 m2 and is fully furnished with a full kitchen, large dining room and private bathroom. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, air conditioning, central heating in winter, Smart TV 55 '' with media player with a large selection of programs and content, safe ... Located near the Rijeka bypass and highway and entrepreneurial zones with different shops. Free, secured and private parking for two vehicles in front of the apartment.

Whether you are staying for a short time in Rijeka or Grobnik-Čavle, on business or want to spend your vacation, we offer rental options that allow you to experience the city and its surroundings as a local resident. Suitable for couples or singles, friends, family, work or vacation. Possibility to accommodate up to four people with the possibility of an extra folding bed for one person or a child. There is also a baby cot. Here you will find peace and quiet.

A few minutes from the apartment there is a bank, post office, doctor, pharmacy, shopping malls, cafes and restaurants. For sightseeing, we recommend a visit to the Risnjak National Parks and Plitvice Lakes. There are also the islands of Krk, Cres and Lošinj (20 km), Opatija (20 km), Istria and the Brijuni National Park. Although located in a quiet neighborhood, the location gives you the opportunity for a more active vacation. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants and a diving center are only ten minutes away in Kostrena. Fans of speed can show their skills at the Grobnik racetrack, which is only 9 km away from the apartment. You can also see our area from the air with a parachute or kite at Grobnik Airport next to the race track. For winter visitors at an altitude of 1268m there is a unique ski resort Platak 20 km from the apartment. Cultural and historical sites are also nearby. You can walk along the Mlikarica road or to the castle in the town of Grobnik along the path that is only 10 minutes from the apartment or visit the Trsat castle (6 km), monuments and museums in Rijeka. The main promenade Korzo located in Rijeka, the ferry port, the boat, the bus and train station and the city market are only 7 km away.
