In the apartment, guests are welcomed in a pleasant atmosphere. It offers comfortable rooms with a gigantic view of the royal castles, hops and the Forggensee as well as the mountain range of Germany and Austria
The balcony and the garden invite you to relax.
The apartment is an ideal starting point for many sporting and cultural activities. After 5 km you reach the historical old town of Füssen with the castle Hohenschloß, the museum and the former Benedictine abbey.
The castles of Hohenschwangau and Hohenschwangau can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
In a 5-10 minute walk you can reach the Hopfensee where you can enjoy wonderful walks. Various restaurants serving Bavarian cuisine, fish specialties, and Italian pizza can be reached within a 5 to 10-minute walk.
Couples particularly like the location - they rated it 10 for a two-person stay.

The beautiful large 3 room apartment is on the first floor. Directly from the living room and the castle view bedroom you have access to the large south balcony which offers you an unforgettable view of the royal castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, Hopfensee Forggensee and the entire mountain range.
The castle lighting creates a romantic atmosphere at night.

The apartment has just been recently renovated and is fully equipped with all the little things.

It is centrally and quietly located in the beautiful Hopfen.
A free parking lot is right in front of the front door. (Parking lot 3)
A TV satellite system, free WIFI 50 000 DSL
Beding and towels are also available on request ( a small fee added)
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large ceramic hob, large oven, mini oven, large fridge-freezer, a large dishwasher with aquastop, as well as a coffee machine and a toaster
The bathroom has a shower and and a bathtub with underfloor heating
The toilet is separate in one room.
I renovated the apartment myself with a lot of love and put my heart into it. It is a place where you can really relax and find peace.

Payment of 50% of the travel amount is made in advance by bank transfer and the remaining amount is due in cash on arrival. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancelations will be charged with 50% of the total price. Arrival is possible from 17:00 to 0:00. Departure is possible from 10:00 am to 10:30 am. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. The keys are handed over personally on site. Pets are not allowed A deposit of 200 euros is required on site. The tourist tax of €2.50 per person (aged 16 and over)/night will be charged on site. The visitor's tax for children up to the age of 16 is € 1.25 per night. Possible fees (towels, bed linen, washing machine etc.) Bed linen and towels can be booked additionally (8,80 Euro per person/stay) Parking lot no. 3 can be used for a fee of 10,00€. Use of washing machine - 3,00 Euro per use. The upholstered furniture is cleaned regularly with a hygienic vacuum cleaner.
