Holiday Apartment in Savudrija with Large Terrace

The accommodation is located in a quiet place surrounded by greenery, on the first floor of a private house with two apartments for rent. The apartment is located on the first floor with a large covered terrace of 26 sqm. The beach is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes, restaurants, bars within walking distance. Ideal accommodation for those who love to spend their holidays in comfort and tranquility. The apartment has a large terrace with garden furniture, and a three-seater garden swing, overlooking the park. The park is shared with the ground floor apartment for up to 4 people. Private parking near the house. The beach and restaurant 400 m away. The accommodation is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi internet connection, flat-screen satellite TV, dishwasher, two double bedrooms, bed linen provided (changed weekly), living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and external window, towels for the bathroom two per person provided (changed weekly), kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, dining area with table and chairs. The beautiful sandy beach and restaurant at 300 m, the bar at 350. The village of Bašanija at 900 m. In Bašanija you will find shops, bank, post office, bars, restaurants, fast food. The nearest beaches of all kinds: rocky, pebbly or sandy easy to reach on foot. The Savudrija area is also an excellent area for biking, tasting excellent Istrian wines, enjoying unforgettable sunsets, or strolling along the coast with a good ice cream.

In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town, or visit the stalls and to the delight of children the playground on the waterfront. To buy a larger quantity of food it is better to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting is the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Funtana, fun is guaranteed there. For gourmets various possibilities of tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
