The spacious holiday house with 5.5 rooms is located in a quiet and sunny spot at the edge of Pany village and has a spectacular panoramic view into the mountains. Renovated in 2021, it is comfortably furnished and has 4 sleeping rooms, a generous living room with fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen with modern equipment and a sauna exclusively for the guests of the house. 
 Enjoy the fantastic view either from the living room, the generous bedrooms, the balcony and garden on the Southeast side or the garden on the West side of the house.
 With lots of space for families and groups the house is ideal for family vacation, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, ski mountaineering and snowshoe hiking. There is one parking outside, one in the double garage. Thanks to the photovoltaic installation in combination with a battery and energy buffer the house is to a large degree energy self-sufficient. Grocery and restaurant in the village center (380 m), bus stop and children's playground (250 m), hiking trail (10 m), adventure playground (1.8 km) Summer: Panoramic outdoor swimming pool (1.8 km), adventure farm and a family friendly wide range of hiking trails including nature play trail and family BBQ areas. Climbing garden in neighboring St. Antönien. Winter: Family friendly ski lift with ski school (1.5 km), cross country ski track (2.9 km), ski bus stop (250 m), winter hiking, sled tracks and snowshoe tracks and in the village. 3 sledges are at your disposal. Well-known area for snowshoe hikes and ski mountaineering in neighboring St. Antönien. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Klosters Madrisa 16 km, Klosters/Davos Parsenn 18 km, Grüsch Danusa 18 km. New: From end of September to beginning of May our guests have private access to the indoor swimming pool in Pany (can be reserved for one hour and after usage for the next hour from 7am to 3 pm, all the other times without reservation for all key holders). The guest card which is included in the price allows several discounts like the free usage of the public transport between Schiers, Küblis and St. Antönien, the free usage of the outdoor swimming pool and the 50% discount on the Skilift Pany, as well as several other interesting offers.

 Calm down and relax in the spacious living/dining room with big panoramic windows and open-hearth fireplace. Digital TV, flat screen, radio, hi-fi system, DVD and DVD collection are available. The dining table comfortably seats up to 11 people, child seat is available.

 The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric coffee machine (Nespresso and Dolce Gusto), starter set capsules for Nespresso coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue set (cheese and meat)). 

On the Southeast facing balcony (20m2) you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or relax in the garden (60m2, fenced). On the West facing garden seating area you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. BBQ, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (2) available.
 On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom with bed 180x200cm and 1 bathroom with shower/WC. Attic floor: 
2 spacious double bedrooms with bed 180x200cm. 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed 160x200cm. Additional bed 90x200cm or child's bed 70x140cm available. 1 Bathroom with Bath/WC. Facilities: 
 Internet (WiFi, free), sauna (all included, sauna towels and aroma drops available), central heating system. 
Washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). 
Outside parking (1 car), garage (1 car) at the house. 

Please note: Smoking in the house forbidden. No pets allowed.
First set of wood for the fireplace/BBQ and first set of coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine are available, further wood/casules can be purchased at site. Deposit (against loss of key and damage) of CHF 300.- at Check-in to be payed cash.
