Here there is plenty of space to play and pleasant peace to relax: the country houses with apartments await you right on the lake, in the middle of a 140,000 square meter green area in the Punta Gro district. While the children have fun in the playground or splash about in the water, parents can relax on the sun loungers or play sports on the tennis court (fees apply). Sunbathing is possible not only at the two swimming pools but also on the adjacent public beaches. Depending on the location of the house, you can walk about 200 to 400 meters to the lake shore with a swimming area. Alternatively, you can hire bicycles and explore the scenic hilly countryside in the hinterland. Supermarket, cafe and restaurant belong to the holiday complex. The pretty historic center of Sirmione is just six kilometers away and can be easily reached via the nearby Via Gardesana. If you take the bus, there is a corresponding stop just a few steps from your holiday home Apartment overlooking the garden or the pool.Activities nearby: The old town of Sirmione is an almost magical place. A narrow bridge takes you to the traffic-calmed zone, which starts directly at the imposing moated castle. Stroll through the romantic, winding streets and make your Italian dreams come true. North of the old town, the island's park-like tip invites you to an idyllic stroll. At the end you will finally reach the famous Catullus Caves. About twelve kilometers away, Gardaland, Italy's largest amusement park, makes the hearts of all adventurers beat faster. Shopping enthusiasts will find great shopping opportunities with exclusive boutiques in the larger neighboring towns of Peschiera and Desenzano. Culture lovers are not far from the cultural cities of Verona, Brescia or MantovaNot suitable for people with reduced mobility

For hygienic reasons, access to the pool is only permitted with bathing caps. The mini market is open from around the end of April to the end of September.
