A special highlight is the terrace on the upper floor, from where you have a view of the medieval village and the coast of Versilia. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the sea with a glass of wine. The house is located above olive groves in terraces in the middle of nature. After a walk (approx. 500 m) you reach the car-free town of Monteggiori with a well-known trattoria where you can try good Tuscan dishes. The fantastic long, gently sloping sandy beaches of the resort of Lido di Camaiore are just a 20-minute drive away. The area is characterized by rolling hills and small medieval villages. We recommend a bike ride directly along the Zeeweg (cycle path) from Viareggio to Forte Dei Marmi, the chic town on the coast. In Carrara you will find the well-known white marbles.
