Chasa 32 is a traditional Engadine house with modern comfort.
Built-in the 17th century, the farmhouse was extensively restored and renovated in 2017. Its centuries-old characteristics have been preserved, while the infrastructure has been modernized to achieve today's comfort.
The house is heated by underfloor heating. There are stairs to climb.

There are several recommended restaurants in the village and a small supermarket near the house (except Sunday, open daily).

The village of Guarda is one of the best-preserved Engadine villages, engaging both architecturally and historically. The village consists almost exclusively of the typical Engadin houses with numerous sgraffiti.

Guarda is the home of Schellenursli, the main character of one of Switzerland's most famous picture books. On the Schellenursli theme trail with various adventure stations, young and young at heart can follow in the footsteps of Chalandamarz. Numerous fireplaces invite you to grill, linger, and play. The Lower Engadine climate is a mild, sub-alpine climate with low dust, dry air, low cloud cover, and rich sunshine.

    “Negativ: Die Anbindung an den ÖV ist eher schwierig, aber sonst gibt es rein gar nichts auszusetzen!”

    “Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und haben alle vier erstaunlich gut geschlafen und erholt. Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten im Dorf, sehr zentral. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet.
    Die Gästebetreuung war wunderbar, herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Negativ: Leider hatte nur noch ein Restaurant geöffnet.
    Die Polstergruppe hatte einen Überzug aus Kunststoff, das fanden wir nicht so angenehm, obwohl wir den Grund für eine gute Reinigung verstehen. Restaurant: Piz Linard in Lavin - Ein Dorf mit einem Hauch Italinata, das Restaurant hat einen eigenen Stil, alt mit neu ,einfach aber mit viel Stil. Es ist auch ein Hotel. Die Speisekarte ist klein aber fein und Regional mit viel Fantasie und Liebe gekocht und zubereitet. Die Preise sind im mittleren Bereich. Ausflüge: Der Höhenweg von Garda nach Lavin ist Wunderbar. - Der Höhenweg nach Lavin ist einfach zu begehen und bietet eine wunderbare Aussichtskulisse. Ca. 1 Stunde. Sehr gemütlich.”

    “Insgesamt positiv Positiv: Lage, schöne grosse Schlafzimmer, grosses Sofa im Wohnzimmer, grosszügige Parkplätze. Gutes Wlan Negativ: Für diesen hohen Preis nur ein Badezimmer ist etwas mager. Ungenügende Verdunklung für die Nacht in den Schlafzimmern. Zum Teil keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer dunkel zu machen. Komplizierte Fernsehbedienung.”
