Rustic cottage "Maria Rosaria", 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees. 15 km from the centre of Pesaro, outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Ginestreto, in an elevated position on top of a hill, 15 km from the sea, 15 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: garden 3'800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi (extra). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 12 km, restaurant 50 m, bar 1 km, railway station "Pesaro" 15 km, sandy beach "Pesaro" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Gradara 17 km, Fano 20 km, Cattolica 25 km, Urbino 30 km, Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli 30 km, San Marino 52 km. Residence with electric gates. A part of the garden is used by the owner as a sunken garden.

    “Die Lage des Hauses in den Hügeln im Hinterland von Pesaro ist hervorragend. Man kann dort herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen, der Fernblick Richtung Adria ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, alles ist liebevoll arrangiert und vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette herzliche Menschen, es war eine Freude sie kennenlernen zu dürfen.”

    “Ein sehr großes Objekt! Schönes Grundstück! Gut eingerichtet, zu empfehlen sind Bettlaken zum Zudecken dabei zu haben! Sauber ist es!
    Es gibt viele Mücken, daher an Schutz denken! Für deutsche Urlauber ist ein Kaffeefilter zu empfehlen, es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine!
    Ansonsten ist eine üppige Küchenaussstattung vorhanden!”
