"Casa ""Bella Vista"", Lottigna"

Casa Bella Vista is a time-honoured, completely renovated Ticino house in Lottigna. Lottigna is centrally located in the Blenio Valley, about 15 km from Biasca in the direction of Olivone/Lukmanier. At an ideal 650 metres above sea level, it gets very warm in summer but not excessively hot, and in winter you can look forward to snow.

You can reach Casa Bella Vista easily by public transport, the bus stop is only about 300 metres away. If you arrive by car, you can park directly at the house.

The detached house is stylishly and comfortably furnished. On the first floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom as well as a small parlour by the staircase to the upper floor. The upper floor comprises the second bedroom and two interconnecting living areas.
A large seating area with granite table, pergola, outdoor fireplace and pizza oven invite you to linger. A garden with sunbathing lawn on different levels rounds off the Ticino experience.

The quiet, sunny location offers a magnificent panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding mountains of the central Blenio Valley, also called "Val Sole".
In summer the valley is a wonderful biking and hiking area, and in winter you can reach the Nara ski area in just 10 minutes by car and the Campra cross-country ski centre in 20 minutes by car.

    “Schönes Rustico an sehr guter und ruhiger Lage; Öv Verbindungen alle Stunde in beide Richtungen. Mit dem Auto ist man jedoch flexibler. Positiv: Erhöhte Lage; Abendsonne; ruhig mit grossem Garten, schön Pergola Negativ: Haus für grosse Personen nicht geeignet; zum Teil niedrige Deckenhöhe mit Balken”
