Less than 20 km from Collioure and the Mediterranean beaches, in an agricultural and winegrowing setting, this simple gîte offers the peace and quiet of the countryside, just a stone's throw from the main tourist sites of Roussillon. The gîte is located on the first floor of a wine tasting cellar, in an old farmhouse, in the middle of the vineyards, close to the active vineyard. 1st floor: Dining room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, wc. The gîte has a shaded semi-enclosed outdoor area with a barbecue area and garden furniture. An enclosed storage room for equipment (such as bicycles, etc.). Parking on the property. A cycle track linking Argelès sur Mer and Le Boulou passes 2 km from the estate and allows you to cycle to the beaches.
