Beautiful luxury villa with stunning seaview above one of the most attractive natural pebble beaches on Makarska riviera. This luxury villa is located in the small ethno village Covici above the coastal town of Tucepi. Just as you imagine in your dreams the most beautiful natural pebble beaches, shaded by pine trees and mountains rising above them, Tucepi with its hamlets at the foot of Biokovo Mountain is certainly one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Croatia. A perfect scenic spot to relax, unwind with family or friends, just 1.5km from the sea and all attractions. Almost all rooms of Villa Nina face the sea, are pleasantly sunny and are all equipped with TV and air-conditioned. The villa on the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, private gym, laundry, indoor grill for preparing delicious delicacies and children's playroom (foosball, darts and billiards for entertainment). In addition, the villa also extends over two floors. On the first floor there is a large spacious living room with two sofas, a smart TV and a small bar with bar stools and two bedrooms, while on the second floor there are three more bedrooms.For guests' leisure and pleasure, the villa has a beautiful pool (36 m2) with heating. Sunbathe on the sun loungers in a beautiful Dalmatian environment of olive groves, pine trees, Mediterranean fruits and authentic herbs. Take a rest, be our guest. Welcome!
Peaceful location in the untouched nature between the Adriatic Sea and Nature Park Biokovo Mountain - close to the new Skywalk attraction, botanical garden Kotišina, Zip Line Park. This small settlement will conquer you with it s charm, hospitality of its inhabitants, history, summer cultural events, concerts and sights worth visiting as well as gourmet restaurants offering the palate of home-made delicacies that are so typical to this part of the coast. Ideal for a relaxing holiday in nature and leisure. There can be hikers, bicycles or e-bikes. There is also a ZIP line in the neighborhood, which is also open to children. 2 km to the sea and the center of Tucepi. There are more restaurants outside the house.
The property extends over 400 m² with a spacious terrace area and a fantastic heated swimming pool. The house is perfect if you are traveling in a larger group however still want some privacy during your stay. The view of the sea and the islands in the south and the mountainside in the north are stunning.
