Villa IPONI is a newly built villa furnished with high quality and style, offering very comfortable accommodation for 8 people, fully air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi, with all of the required home appliances in the kitchen, spacious living room with sea views and a balcony, 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, sauna and a gym, 2 electric bicycles, amazing views of the Adriatic Sea, mountains and island Brač from almost every corner.
Villa IPONI is located in the old part of the village Mimice, and a car is recommended because it is located a bit up on the hill with amazing views. You are 800m far from the pebble beach in Mimice, only 400m far from the local restaurant, minimarket, and a bar, 10 km far from the small Mediterranean town Omiš that offers many historical attractions, restaurants, and Cetina river with amazing canyon offering activities like Zip-line, rafting, canoeing.

*The outdoor offers a covered dining area with a barbecue and a direct entrance to the kitchen. The outdoor staircase takes you down to the private 8m x 4m private pool with hydro massage and amazing sea views, a spacious sun deck area with 7 deck chairs. From the pool area, a few steps up take you to the living room and lounge area.

*Interior is very well organized and well-designed giving a deeper dimension with half floors and glass fences. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler, ice maker, coffee machine Dolce Gusto and more, a dining table with sea and pool views, direct exit to the outdoor dining area. There is also a toilet and a laundry with all amenities. From this level few steps down takes you to the living room full of light and sun.
*The lower ground floor offers a spacious and very nicely decorated luxury living room equipped with TV, stereo, Bluetooth speakers, PS4, and an exit to a covered lounge corner with amazing sea views and direct access to the pool area. A few steps down take you to Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180x200cm, an en-suite bathroom with shower, TV, A/C sea views, and an exit toward the garden. At this level, there is a sauna, a gym with a treadmill, an exercise bike, and a bench.
*The internal staircase takes you to an upper ground floor (mezzanine) with a Master bedroom No2 with a king-size bed 180x200cm with sea views, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub with sea views, walk-in closet, and a TV. A few steps up from this level takes you to the first-floor level offering Bedroom No3 with king-size bed 180x200cm with sea views, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and a bathtub; Bedroom No4 with double bed 160x200cm, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedrooms are far from each other offering privacy.

The nearest highway exit is Šestanovac (17 km). The most popular tourist attractions on the Central Dalmatia coast are only half an hour away as the famous town SPLIT with its great history or also the famous town Makarska.

Upon arrival, your host Miro will give you much useful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants, possibilities to rent a boat, and have your unforgettable Adriatic adventure visiting the island Brač or Hvar, the possibility to order dinner, to book a body massage in villa.
