Hiking trails lead you through the nature area to biotopes with bathing places, old castles, and much more. Swimming and fishing can be done in the surrounding lakes: Kvarnsjön, Varvarn, Aspen, Långsjön or Vårtan.

For your leisure time you can play croquet, kubb, badminton or soccer. Horseback riding, kayaking or helicopter tours can be organized by arrangement with the hosts. A visit to Tureholm Castle can also be arranged.
