Our house is situated in a sunny location in the protected landscape territory "Egelsee", near the forest with stunning view of the surrounding mountains. In 3 min. walk you can reach the "Egelsee" lake, 1,5 km to the outdoor swimming pool, 1,9 km to the centre of Abtenau, 40m to the cross-country trail. We offer two spacious apartments each with a balcony with 2 separate bedrooms, shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition satellite TV and WIFI/Internet connection are available in both apartments.

Our friendly furnished 52m² apartment "Edelweiss" with a private balcony offers two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher as well as TV and Internet access in all rooms. On the balkony a sun awning, a sunshade and loungers are available for you.
The apartment can also be booked as apartment "Enzian" for max. 3 persons with only one bedroom!
