This area especially makes the heart of nature lovers beat faster, because here you can admire the limestone formations, gorges and a variety of fauna and flora throughout the Natural Park. Well-known canyons in this district are the Sierra Horconera, and in the reservoir Iznájar you can go swimming.

Visit the old town of Cordoba (79 km), surrounded by narrow streets, charming squares and old taverns, where you can enjoy delicious wine and tasty tapas.Also, you should visit the Mezquita Aljama, one of the most impressive buildings in Europe. Furthermore, you will also find one of the best restaurants in Cordoba (Casa Pepe), the tea room (casa Morisca) where you can order the best tea in Cordoba and numerous courtyards with beautiful flowers that you can admire as you pass by. The wonderful Granada is 101 km away and is definitely worth a visit. Here you can visit one of the most popular tourist attractions in Europe, the Alhambra. The Moorish castle complex with palaces and its beautiful gardens is rich in Islamic art and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stroll through the alleys of the old town and let yourself be enchanted by the special ambience of this historic city.
