Look forward to a lovely vacation in this beautifully situated vacation home with the whole extended family or two families traveling together. The surrounding countryside offers fantastic outdoor activities all year round. The house is very high quality and stylishly furnished. The heart of the house is the living room with a window front that offers a bright atmosphere and a beautiful view of the surroundings. Enjoy your meals on the sunny terrace with a view of Valdresdalen and Skogshorn.

In the surrounding area there are good fishing opportunities in several fishing lakes and in the Aurdalsfjord during the summer. From the nearby jetty you can jump into the crystal clear water and go swimming. There are many opportunities for family-friendly trips in the mountains, but also for more challenging routes like the Besseggen. The bike path between Danebu and Nythun follows old stone roads and is a beautiful ride on two wheels. Valdres offers a range of activities such as horseback riding, rafting, canyoning, etc. There is also a 9-hole golf course at Aurdalsfjorden.

In winter it is possible to strap on your skis and ski from the cottage. Alternatively, you can drive to the lift. There is a good choice of excursions from here, both alpine slopes and cross-country trails. Take a trip to Leira or Fagernes and explore the many stores and cafes.
