All our flats are modernly furnished and are situated on the eastern shore of Lake Millstättersee, with a magnificent view over Lake Millstättersee and the surrounding mountains, about 300m from the lake as the crow flies. By car about 1.5 km and 3 minutes from the lake and Döbriach, here there is the complete infrastructure (restaurant, lido, shopping centre, etc.) in another 10 minutes drive you reach the largest village on the lake, Millstatt (6.5 km) or Radenthein (8 km). In other words, secluded and quiet, yet everything is within easy reach. You can also reach the world championship skiing area "Bad Kleinkirchheim" in only 15 km. All our apartments have either a garden terrace or at least a balcony. Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday.

The apartment (45sqm) is newly furnished.
A large bedroom with a double bed (1.8m) Bathroom (4 sqm) is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
In the modern living / kitchen there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 2 ceramic hotplates, extractor hood, coffee machine, etc. Dishes, glasses, pots and kitchen utensils are also available. If something special is needed, please ask, then we will find a solution.
There is also a dining area in the kitchen.
In the living area there is also a comfortable sofa bed (2m x 1.4m)
The apartment has a covered garden terrace and a sun terrace where you can dine "under the sky" or just enjoy a cool drink or watch the sunset over the lake.
You are also welcome to have a barbecue.
