The modern multi-family house (energy efficiency house 55), newly built in 2022, is the rearmost of a total of three side-by-side houses with six units each and is located in the northeastern periphery of Sonthofen, adjacent to the small river "Starzlach" and large fields crossed by trails in the direction of Burgberg and Winkel.
The location promises silence and recreation - nevertheless bakery, supermarkets and stores can also be reached by foot in a few minutes. The city center of Sonthofen can be reached by foot in about 15-20 minutes.
Directly from the house, a " dog walk " goes along the Starzlach river - you can also go directly on fields trails to different walks outside the city. Two cross-country ski trails are in the direct area (trail "Winkel" with start about 300 m from the house) and to the Ortwanger Swimming Lake you can reach in a few minutes by bike. To the north and east you can start directly for bike or hiking tours in the direction of Grünten or Starzlachklamm (Berghofen-Winkel).

The bright and sunny 2-room apartment with about 74 m² living space includes everything you need for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a 22 m² terrace oriented to the west (evening sun), a small garden which is surrounded by a hedge ( reachable from the outside through a small garden gate) and an lighted barbecue corner with a gas grill.
In addition to the weatherproof sitting area - protected under the balcony - and an electric sunshade, two sun beds incl. parasol are at your disposal. The terrace can be reached from the dining kitchen as well as from the living area. A clothes holder (protected under the balcony) for hanging and drying clothes is also available.

From the living room you can access the additional storage room with washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board and cleaning utensils. Here you will also find bins for waste separation, place for shoes or hanging facilities for wet clothes, ski boot heater and ski rack.
Through the corridor with a wardrobe you go to the bedroom. This is arranged with a double bed (2.00 x 1.80 m) with two mattresses and a large sliding door wardrobe, where you can place plenty of clothes. Bed linen and towels are available and included in the price of the stay. The windows in the bedroom are equipped with anti-mosquito protection nets.
A sliding glass door opens into the en suite bathroom, which is equipped with a barrier-free rain shower, a washbasin (hairdryer available), a built-in mirrored wardrobe and a toilet. The windows in the bathroom are also equipped with anti-mosquito protection nets.
Dogs are welcome in our house and stay for free - we kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you want to bring your four-legged friend. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment itself - however, an ashtray is available on the terrace.
